Shipping Policy

Oahu Coffee fulfills retail and wholesale orders through the options shown at checkout. Available pickup, delivery, and shipping methods can change by product, order size, address, and inventory.

Processing

Orders are prepared after payment is accepted or, for approved wholesale customers, after the order or invoice is confirmed. Processing windows are estimates and may shift during launches, restocks, holidays, or weather delays.

Rates and delivery windows

Final shipping rates, taxes, and delivery options are calculated in Shopify checkout. If a method is not available for your address or cart, it will not appear at checkout.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale case orders may require account approval, inventory confirmation, and payment-term review before fulfillment. We will contact the account buyer if an order needs adjustment before release.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue quickly.
