Returns and Refunds

Because Oahu Coffee sells canned beverages, opened products generally cannot be returned. We review order issues case by case so customers and wholesale buyers are not left with the wrong product or a damaged shipment.

Order issues

Contact us as soon as possible if your order is damaged, incorrect, missing items, or otherwise not as expected. Please include the order number, a short description, and photos when relevant.

Refunds and replacements

If we approve a refund, replacement, or credit, it will be processed through the original Shopify order, checkout, or wholesale invoice workflow. Timing depends on the payment provider and bank.

Wholesale adjustments

Wholesale credits, substitutions, or invoice adjustments may depend on account terms, delivery confirmation, and case availability.
